You're capable. Responsible. The person others count on to figure it out.
The role, the title, the life that looks right from the outside. But something is pressing on you: a decision you keep circling, a pattern you keep repeating. A feeling is present, but not defined.
You may have already tried the usual moves:
Making the pros-and-cons list (again)
Asking people you trust, and getting five different answers
Telling yourself it's just a busy season
Waiting for certainty that never quite shows up
This is what capable people do, weigh options. But thinking harder doesn't help when the question isn't really the question.
The pressure you feel is real. Before you act on it, it's worth understanding where it comes from.

Decisions remain unresolved because of excess and expectation. Opinions from all around, none of them yours. Expectations from a culture, and the society at large. Again, neither are fully yours.
In our 90 minutes, I'll guide you through The Becoming Arc, my practice for moving from what you were taught to believe, to how you're actually living, to who you're becoming. Together, we'll look at:
What's ending, emerging, or asking to change
Which expectations and identities are shaping your response
What your body knows that your reasoning may be overriding
What would need to be true for an honest yes, no, or not yet
What small next move could create clarity without forcing certainty
I won't tell you what to do. I'll help you hear yourself clearly, name the real question, and separate what you want from what you were taught to want.
What this isn't: a career strategy session, a motivational speech, therapy, or permission for a reckless exit. It's a structured space to look at one important choice without abandoning the responsibilities, relationships, or parts of yourself that matter.

You won't solve your whole life in 90 minutes. You'll leave with a more truthful basis for choosing, and something in writing so the clarity doesn't fade by Friday.
After the session, you'll receive your Becoming Map, which highlights:
The Real Question: The one that was running the show.
Release: It could be a relationship, a way of being, a belief. Something often requires release before a pivot occurs.Terms: Yes, you can have terms and conditions aka boundaries. State them, write them and allow them to guide you.
The Unknown: Your success to this point is identifying and navigating the unknown. Now it’s time to allow the unknown to simply be. We can label it, be aware of it, but we do not have to solve for it.
The Experiment: Together, we create the practical and natural next step. This will be an critical part of the 14-day follow up. This is where accountability enables change.
Your Sentence: Your favorite song has a hook, the line you cannot get out of your head. The same applies to life. Create the sentence that will remain when the decision is being lived out.
Room to Choose
One important choice. Ninety minutes. An honest next step.
Decisions begin with a set of beliefs. Our work together begins with understanding the belief that undergirds the choice - the question underneath the question. 90 minutes offers two things: structure and space.
Room to Choose is a private 90-minute session for one choice, pattern, or commitment you can no longer ignore. You leave with a written map of what's really being decided and one next step you can take.
